Architectural and Environmental Psychology

Environmental psychology works off the basis that people are heavily influenced by their surroundings. Our senses cannot help but absorb the colors, shapes, smells and materials that surround us mostly subconsciously, this in turn influences the way we feel. But because we are aware of these influences, we can use this knowledge to our advantage when designing our living space. All these factors can be taken on board and interpreted in such a way as to improve our well-being and provide a comfortable, happy home environment for our family. In a commercial setting, a coherent space concept can improve work processes and create a good working atmosphere.

Some people think design means how it looks.
But of course, if you dig deeper, it’s really how it works.
